About Global Callcenter Solutions, Inc.
- Global Callcenter Solutions (GCS) has been in operation for 16 years and is based in Pueblo, CO. GCS has built an operations “campus” of six centers in downtown Pueblo with over 800 seats, all with inbound and outbound capacity.
Rather than being a vendor, GCS prefers to develop a consultative relationship with its clients. We use our industry knowledge of not only call center operations but sales and service processes to develop unique solutions to our clients’ market challenges. We take a technology-based approach to designing and implementing those solutions. Our in-house IT team develops customer reporting and desk-top applications to support our client solutions. Our infrastructure and staffing is highly flexible and quickly scalable to meet client needs.
