Prior to spending his first four years at Bayard building an agency presence in New England, Joe helped to grow and expand the recruitment marketing efforts of many global organizations. Most notably, he helped to transition companies such as Morgan Stanley, UBS, Johnson & Johnson, United Technologies, and Raytheon to modern, web-based solutions. With both vendor and agency experience at Monster, Work4, and Bayard, Joe has 20+ years of industry knowledge and experience.
