BRISBANE, Calif., July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Pramata, the customer relationship operations company, today announced the hiring of Craig Doud as chief operating officer to lead customer success and bolster the company's expanding market presence. He will be responsible for all customer operations, implementation, support and customer success. Doud will be based out of Pramata's Brisbane office.

Before Pramata, Doud spent five years with IBM as the director of customer success and services after his employer, Emptoris, was acquired by the company in 2012. At Emptoris, he served as vice president of customer loyalty and APAC where he developed and drove strategies across marketing, sales, product and customer success to grow customer lifetime value and sales and develop new markets.
Doud also has years of experience working in management and sales positions at Zyme Solutions as the vice president of new markets and E2open as the vice president of sales consulting. Doud received an MS in Operations Research at the University of Texas at Austin and completed his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University-Fullerton.
