- CSMA combines its decades of media and marketing experience to develop online and offline media programs for its clients -- whether for brand support, lead generation or web site traffic. To remain "media agnostic" it accepts no media commissions, charging either on a project or fee basis. CSMA develops a campaign architecture based on client success metrics. Comprehensive media "shopping lists" are provided for client feedback. Then, three different, modular media plans are developed for the campaign. Once the media strategy is approved, an RFP is sent to the selected media and responses are gathered to develop the plan. For online campaigns, CSMA offers ad serving and tagging to track responses from click through to clients' home pages, on through exploration of their web site, to taking the desired action -- request for info, signup for a newsletter or contest, download or purchase. Weekly results reports allow for ongoing campaign optimization.
